All Payments are non-refundable. Under our buyer protection plan, however, should you decide within one year that the lot you have chosen is not the right parcel for you, you may choose another lot from our inventory with the price tag greater than or equal to the price of the original property. Pay only the difference in price between the two properties --no service fees or extra costs of any kind!!
